Stellenbeschreibung

Als Project Manager gestaltest Du die Einkaufsprozesse unserer Kunden neu: Du implementierst unsere eProcurement-Lösung, verantwortest globale Key Accounts und treibst Innovationen für die Zukunft des Einkaufs voran.

Deine Aufgaben

Du führst unsere Lösung in die System-Landschaft unserer Kunden ein und begleitest den gesamten Projektzyklus – vom Proof of Concept über den Roll-out bis zur Hypercare-Phase.
Du planst und leitest strategische Projekte bei internationalen Key Accounts im Bereich eProcurement und übernimmst das Projektcontrolling (Projektstruktur, Termine, Kosten) inklusive Einleitung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen bei Abweichungen.
Du bist Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden, berätst sie im Kontext unserer Lösungen und stellst als Sprachrohr die Kommunikation ins Unternehmen sicher.
Du unterstützt den Vertrieb im Pre-Sales und arbeitest eng mit dem Content-Team im Katalogprozess.
Du leitest Steuerungsmeetings und koordinierst die relevanten Stakeholder.
Du erstellst Anforderungsdokumente in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Product Ownern.
Du gestaltest aktiv die Weiterentwicklung unseres Project-Management-Teams in einem Umfeld mit Start-up-Charakter.

Dein Profil

Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie mindestens 1 Jahr Projekterfahrung, idealerweise im Einkauf und eProcurement.
Du bringst Kenntnisse in agilen und klassischen Projektmanagement-Methoden, Standards und Tools mit.
Du kommunizierst sehr sicher mit Kunden, Partnern und Lieferanten auf Entscheider-Ebene.
Du analysierst komplexe Sachverhalte, strukturierst sie klar und setzt Deine Ergebnisse mit Organisationsgeschick um.
Du bist Teamplayer, motivierst Dein Projektteam und arbeitest proaktiv.
Du hast ein Gespür für Nutzerbedürfnisse und Erfahrung mit User-Umfragen.
Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
Du hast optimalerweise Erfahrung mit SRM-Systemen (z. B. SAP Ariba, Jaggaer, Onventis) und kennst Standards wie BMEcat, Punch-Out, API sowie Klassifikationen wie ECLASS und UNSPSC.

As a Project Manager, you will redefine our customers’ procurement processes: you implement our eProcurement solution, manage global key accounts, and drive innovations that shape the future of purchasing.

Your mission

You implement our solution into the system landscape of our customers and manage the entire project cycle – from proof of concept to roll-out and the hypercare phase.
You plan and lead strategic projects for international key accounts in the area of eProcurement and take responsibility for project controlling (structure, timelines, costs), including initiating and implementing corrective measures in case of deviations.
You act as the main point of contact for our customers, advise them on our solutions, and ensure smooth communication within the company.
You support the sales team during pre-sales and work closely with the content team on catalog processes.
You lead steering meetings and coordinate all relevant stakeholders.
You create requirement documents in close collaboration with the Product Owners.
You actively shape the further development of our project management team in an environment with a start-up character.

Your profile

You have a degree or equivalent qualification and at least 1 year of project experience, ideally in procurement and eProcurement.
You are familiar with agile and classic project management methods, standards, and tools.
You communicate confidently with customers, partners, and suppliers at decision-maker level.
You analyze complex issues, structure them clearly, and implement your results with strong organizational skills.
You are a team player, motivate your project team, and work proactively.
You have a good understanding of user needs and experience with user surveys.
You have excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
Ideally, you have experience with SRM systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, Jaggaer, Onventis) and are familiar with standards such as BMEcat, Punch-Out, API as well as classifications like ECLASS and UNSPSC.
